"You can explain yourself later." Right about now, Veronica thinks she could choke him herself, given half a reason. She wants at least to pick up a pillow and hit him with it, not because she wants to hurt him, but because she needs to do something. It's like a burning in her veins, the need to move, to do. She's never been good at standing around and waiting.
